Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We want you to be satisfied with your shopping experience. However, if for any specific reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund. Please see below for more information on our Returns and Refunds Policy.

30-day return policy
We have a 30-day return policy on all products purchased on msluvstore.com.

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase date. Returns made more than 30 days from the date of purchase will not be accepted. We are not responsible for return shipping costs.

All returned items must be in resalable condition:

  • All returned items must be in resalable condition (new, unused, with tags, manuals and any accessories in the original packaging) or they will not be accepted.
  • Stains, folded cards, and broken seals/ plastic foiling will not be accepted.
  • Products that have been personalized cannot be refunded.

We reserve the right not to refund or exchange products if the product is returned to us in an unacceptable condition.

General returns and refunds process

  • Initiate a return: Please send a photo and/or video of the item to onlyservice.team@gmail.com and let us know your order number. Our customer service staff will determine the eligibility of your return and refund request within 3 business days of receiving your email.
  • Returns: If your request is accepted, we will send you a return address and instructions on how and where to send the package. (Note: Items returned without authorization will not be entertained). We recommend that you send your return using a shipping method that provides tracking information and a signature, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
  • Refund or Exchange: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and issue a refund within 3 business days.

Notes:
Please do not send returns to the From address on the package. This is not a return address and will affect the processing of your return. Before you return the product, please contact us at onlyservice.team@gmail.com to confirm the return address.

When can I receive my refund?
Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of return and refund request approval sent to you. All refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

If you paid with a credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to the issuing bank within 15 business days of us processing the refund. When in doubt, contact the card-issuing bank to find out when the credit will be credited to your account.
If you do not receive the refund more than 7 business days after receiving our confirmation email, please contact us.

SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES


We will provide a full refund in any of the following cases:

ITEMS NOT DELIVERED

If the package does not arrive within 20 business days of our confirmation of shipment, we will issue a full refund.

② Packages are sent to different addresses

If the package arrives at a different location than the recipient's address, we will issue a full refund.

③ THE CARRIER PROVIDED A NOTICE THAT THE PACKAGE WAS LOST IN THE MAIL
If the carrier issues a package loss notification, we will issue a full refund.

④ INCORRECT OR DAMAGED PRODUCT

If you receive an item that is incorrect (e.g. wrong size, wrong color, wrong model, etc.) or damaged, you can return it for free and we will cover all costs.

CONDITIONS NOT QUALIFIED FOR REFUND AFTER PRODUCT HAS BEEN SHIPPED

We'll not accept a return & refund request for:

  • Non-quality-related issues (eg. you don't like the product after receiving it) 
  • Free products
  • Product damaged from misuse (including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, operating devices improperly, etc.)

We'll accept a return & refund request if a wrong item was ordered by mistake, but it would require the buyer to bear the return shipping cost.
